I tried to open the PPL portfolio attachment on first class but it wouldn't open on my laptop? Any ideas why or what I can do to sort it? Thanks

Assuming you have an application capable of reading the document, the most likely cause of problems is version incompatibility. I found one version of the PPL Portfolio that was only available as a .docx (i.e. latest version of Word). I have now added a .doc vesion of the file to the message. Hopefully you will be able to access that one.
